Amber Walz is a naturopathic doctor who graduated from Bastyr University California. She is seeing patients at A Woman’s Time for general medicine, women’s health, customized weight management programs, nutritional counseling and specialty diet meal planning, corrective and home exercise programs, therapeutic injection therapies, and craniosacral therapy. She also has special interest in patients with chronic muscle spasms and pains, including fibromyalgia. She served as a Command Fitness Leader in the Navy and has more than a decade of experience as a personal trainer with a focus in corrective exercise and athletic performance enhancement.
Dr Walz is also a registered herbalist with the American Herbalist Guild, and her clinical focus is in regenerative medicine, women’s health, sports medicine, and mental health. She continues to focus on the integration of natural and modern medical practices by combining centuries-old healing traditions with current science in health and human systems. Amber enjoys time in nature, hiking, reading, and travel.
