Dr. Corina Dunlap is a board certified naturopathic doctor and medical researcher specializing in women’s health at all stages of life. Corina grew up in California, and spent time living in Crested Butte, Colorado where she worked as a mountaineer, rock climbing guide, yoga instructor, and outdoor gear and apparel business owner before moving to Portland, Oregon to pursue her passion for naturopathic medicine and evidence-based natural solutions. She earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Master of Science in Integrative Medicine Research from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM). Before NUNM, she received her B.A. from Smith College with an emphasis in Medical Anthropology and International Relations.

Corina strives to ensure that all women have access to the information, education, and solutions they need to treat their health issues in the most effective, least invasive way possible. She is passionate about treating the root cause versus masking symptoms, and offers well-rounded individualized care strategies for optimal health and wellness.

She completed a 2-year accredited women’s health residency with rotations in gynecology, general endocrinology, and reproductive endocrinology. On the research side of things, she also completed a 2-year postdoctoral research fellowship, followed by a research and adjunctive faculty placement at the School of Research & Graduate Studies at Helfgott Research Institute and NUNM, where she conducted and consulted on various research projects while mentoring students. She teaches courses such as Gynecology & Infertility, Women’s Health Research, and Medical Anthropology. She continues to investigate topics on preconception and infertility in men and women, HPV, cervical dysplasia, and interstitial cystitis. She is trained in Holistic Pelvic Care™, a physical medicine modality that brings balance and tone to the pelvic floor.
